PROPERTY RIGHTS, PORNOGRAPHY, AND PETROL

Danwei and Peering Into The Interior have some wonderful coverage and commentary on the coolest nail house in history. The plight of this particular dingzihu is being chronicled on the popular video sharing site, Youqu, and has rallied some internet fans to create spoof images in support of the owner. Danwei also discusses how the Japanese version of the leading Chinese search engine, Baidu, is perhaps being appropriated by Chinese users in the quest for pornography. And following up on our last newsletter's sustainability topic, it appears that there may be a niche market developing in China for biodiesel fuel.
