AIA is a Principal at Perkins Eastman with more than twenty years of experience serving as project director and lead architect for a wide variety of building types. These include gerontology and special care settings, healthcare facilities, courthouses, moderate-income family housing, these hotels, and bank facilities. Ms. Sung has overseen the planning, programming, design and construction of many complex multi-phase projects fro the firm. She has extensive experience with CON submissions to the New York State Department of Health/OHSM and the subsequent coordination process with State process with State regulators. She is fluent in three Chinese dialects: Mandarin Cantonese, and Shanghainese. Her project experience includes the design and construction of the Center for Chinese and American Studies, Nanjing, China and the framework plan for a 815-acre new community in Jinan City South, China. |
